Add Weapon Kata Checkbox in Weapon Section

To use weapon kata rules you need to be able to subtract 20 from your MA OB. Right now this is handled automatically by manually applying the -20 to the Weapon Bonus field. It would be great if there were a checkbox beside this field and if it is checked the -20 will be applied to the OB field.
