Change pointer while waiting for an action.

It would be nice if the pointer would change to something else while FGU is working on something that takes time. There have been plenty of times when I would click on a button and nothing would happen then if I clicked again the application bar would say "Not Responding" and I'm left there wondering if the software hung or if it is still crunching away. Doesn't matter what the icon is as long as it changes from the normal pointer. This would reduce frustration considerably.
